Smart Phone are growing more and more powerful to carry out various complex tasks. We hereby propose an idea and prototype of smartphone app – “Technocare”. Main aim of this app is to help consumers to live a healthy life by regular monitoring of their daily activities. App also aims to increases patient engagement, help individuals to focus on improving their health and wellness by sticking to a healthy diet plan, regular hospital visits for checkups, and adhering to their medication schedule along with follow-up appointments.
